Check Confirmation Bias at the Door

To get the most out of a piece of written text and learn new ideas, you must overcome confirmation bias and deliberately focus on things that contradict your beliefs and preferences. Being open-minded allows you to dig deeper into the ideas your brain would otherwise dismiss automatically.
